Site walks are organized by customer, then site. Open a survey to work with its notes, photos, plans and devices.
Manage Users
Approve company coworkers for GRASS. This does not change their Microsoft account.
Add a coworker
Viewers can read shared surveys. Editors can also create and edit their own surveys. Removing access preserves surveys for reassignment. Administrator access cannot be added or removed here.

Reassign company surveys, archive inactive opportunities, and restore items from Trash.
Trash is recoverable; nothing here permanently deletes files. Use Manage Users to approve Viewers and Editors. Microsoft handles sign-in; Administrator accounts use a restricted setup process.
